I have an Openspot and MD-380 loaded with the MD-380 BM Codeplug from Brandmeisters Facebook files after adding my call and ID. I have not been able to hear or speak to anyone including Parrot, I just get the "Talk Permit Tone" when I key up.
I added openspots Echo 9999 to contacts then a channel matching the 437. freq (TX and RX) in openspot with echo in the contact box and CC1 TS2 and added a to a zone. When I key up all I get is the "Talk Permit Tone" and see some signal bars sometimes but no echo back. The manual says Echo will work with any CC or TS and the frequency matches openspot, green lights flashing like crazy, so I don't know where to go next to connect with a TG or even Echo. Not using reflectors, only TG's. It feels like I'm so close but there's something I'm missing.
Should mention that I'm using a TP-Link MR-3040 router connected to home wifi network that is also connected to this laptop by wifi and connected to openspot by LAN so internet connection looks good.
Oh, the DMR Autocal has never worked either.
Do I need to add more settings to my modem, I see others have?

The shot below I key'd up a few times on Echo.

I key'd up here too but nothing. I did see 1 tall blip once.
