I've stared at the UID on the bottom of my device 10 times and I'm pretty sure I've entered it correctly. Still I get this error on initialization. Any ideas??

I got the same error. I was using Chrome on Windows 10.
After everything was set up I did try again. Chrome on Android and Chromebook, both worked fine.
No clue why it didn't work the first time.

I clicked connect every minute for 5 minutes to no avail. Then I read your post. Then I clicked Connect and it worked. Apparently, IT'S YOU!! I forgive you for causing the problem since you fixed it

You have to connect the device to the internet first so it can upload it's IP address to the sharkrf.link service.

It was connected to my public-facing router. It just took a few minute. Thanks.
So far, very impressive. Nice job.

I may have been a bit hasty.

I think that's all it was with both of us. My last unsuccessful try was several minutes after the OS2 first had access to the WAN, but it eventually worked. If anyone else has this happen, I'd recommend just waiting 5 or 10 minutes.
