Norbert:
A friend of mine just purchased an Open Spot 2. He can access the web interface at home and at work, but not from his car. He has a Mercedes Benz and is using the car's Mbrace hotspot. The Mbrace hotspot allows the Open Spot 2 to work properly to connect / transmit and receive to Brandmeister, but it won't allow him to access the web interface page to make changes to the Open Spot 2.
We were trying to figure out what is blocking or stopping him from accessing it and can only conclude that something in the Mbrace router is impeding his ability to get to the setup page.
His cellphone and his Open Spot 2 are both on the Mbrace hotspot and we have verified the Open Spot 2 IP Address with Fing and also with the IP Address Voice Announcement.

Probably the client isolation is turned on in the router so Wi-Fi clients can't reach each other. Try to disable client isolation.

The Mercedes Mbrace System appears to be locked down and they apparently don't allow the user to administer the device to that degree, only very basic things can be changed.
I just wanted to see if there was another way to get to the web interface other than the obvious.
How about an Android / iPhone App
As always, thanks for your help!!
