What is the best way to change talk groups from an Android phone. Use the RF.link? Like have 4000 on one channel but it would not re connect with ptt to new talk group. The network locked up and on the home network I had to use quick set up to get the openspot2 working again. 4000from the radio does strange things.

To disconnect all dynamic talkgroups and reflectors, make a short group call to ID 4000. What do you mean that the network locked up?

Hello Hanon,
When I did the 4000 command from the radio, I could not connect with the new talk group. I then tried again with the 4000 command (I have 4000 set in one of the channels, and I have a button programed to disconnect if you long press then hit the ptt. It is the tyt md 380. I tried both ways to do the disconnect command) and I got this voice which I could not understand which kept repeating something. When I got home and tried it on my home computer modem, I got the voice again. I had to do a quick set up to get it working again. At first I tried the switch to selected tab again but it did not work. I do not know why the 4000 did not work from the radio. It works from the sharkrf.link though. I will try again when mobile and see what happens now that I can access the dashboard. When this happened, I could not connect to any tgs. Than is what I meant when it was locked up.Thanks for your help

Make sure you group call ID 4000, not private call, as private calling ID 4000 only disconnects reflectors.
If a voice is telling you that you are locked then it's coming from the server. Turn off Air Security in your BrandMeister SelfCare settings at brandmeister.network
