As I wrote, if you are connected to the "openSPOT2 AP" Wi-Fi network with your phone/tablet/computer then the internet is not reachable. You can ignore that message from your browser.
You can only open the openSPOT2's initialization setup page on
http://openspot.local/
or
http://192.168.99.1/
if you are on the "openSPOT2 AP" Wi-Fi network. If you finish the initialization setup, the openSPOT2 will stop broadcasting it's "openSPOT2 AP" Wi-Fi network and your phone/tablet/computer will be disconnected after it detects the Wi-Fi network has gone. After that, just connect back your phone/tablet/computer to the same Wi-Fi network you've set for the OS2.
