Hi HA2NON.
Thank you for your reply.
The boot time on OS1 is also pretty quick, and not a problem.
I don't access the web interface while I'm driving.
OS1 also supports TS2 DMR+ Talkgroups, I use it regulary. But I think you mean static talkgroups.
Power consumption is not an issue. My OS1 turns on with the car.
The TP Link router is payed and doesn't eat bread. It's also a small device.
The voltages spike is not a problem. I got it powered from a cigarette lighter plug, which have protection circuit for voltage spikes.

Here are a few advantages:
The OS2 boots extremely fast:

The web interface loads far more quickly, you can use sharkrf.link to open the web interface easily. You can also add a quick access app icon to your phone's home screen:

OS2 now supports TS2 DMR+ talkgroups. OS2 uses the now more common USB-C connector. The OS2's power consumption is also lower than the OS1's. We've redesigned the power supply and protection circuits so it can tolerate high voltage spikes which can occur in a car.
We've added more voice announcements so you'll always know the status of your OS2.
You don't need to use the TP-Link router anymore.
