My openspot2 has continued to have issues with inadvertently disconnecting from my Orbi mesh router (bought from Costco). The OS2 will disconnect then attempt to reconnect without success. I can restore connectivity by unplugging the OS2 -AND- resetting my Orbi router. No other device in my home has such an issue. Is it possible the Orbi is not compatible with the OS2?

Does reflashing the Wi-Fi module by shift+clicking the Switch wireless mode button on the Network page help?

All that does is shift me to AP mode. When this occurs the LED flashes alternately blue and yellow.
At the bottom of the status screen it flashes “connecting connector”. If I don’t intervene it will stay that way.

I decided to change the default server from 3101 to 3102 and it connected Maybe there is a problem with the default server?
Let’s see if it continues to connect now????

Yes, trying seems to be the keyword. Nothing has helped this situation so far. It loses connection at least twice a day. Despite it flashing blue and yellow it cannot find the dashboard nor can I tx/rx. Reflashing the wifi module helps for a short time and then it loses the connection again. I believe this unit must be defective.

As I wrote earlier, blue and yellow LED means the openSPOT2 has a working Wi-Fi and internet connection, and it's in a perfect working condition.

My OS2 has been repeatedly losing internet connectivity (blue and red LEDS) than reconnects.
I also have trouble accessing the web interface.
The Orbi Mesh Router system uses a main router with 2 satellite routers, each with it's own MAC address.
So, when you go into the AP mode you are asked to select a router to connect to. With the Orbi you will see 3 routers with 3 different MAC addresses and 3 different signal strengths all using the same SSID.
Selecting the wrong router and the placement of the OS2 may be more important than I first thought. The solution is to match up the MAC address with the router closest to the OS2.
Wonder if any other people are using the Orbi Mesh router?
Update: Worked fine for about 12 hours then problem returned. Alternating BLUE and RED LED.
Am about to give up. Cycling power on my Orbi Mesh router restored connection. I cannot be doing this all the time. Please provide me with a lasting solution or I will request a refund.

Alternating blue and red LED means the OS2 is connected successfully to the Wi-Fi network but it can't detect a working internet connection through the router. Have you tried using another router?

After troubleshooting this it was as initially suspected a router issue. The router was overloaded with devices creating a bandwidth issue. OS2 was being dropped due to error messages from it.
The router itself is not bad, it was simply overwhelmed with demands for bandwidth.
