Linking/unlinking talkgroups are done entirely by the server and not the openSPOT4. Please read more about talkgroup linking here: https://manuals.sharkrf.com/openspot4/en/dmr-usage-notes.html#page-top
You have to start a group call to a talkgroup ID to make the server link it for you.
