Just received my OS 2, connected it to my wi-fi network, flashing steady green/yellow. Went to sharkrf.link, entered the correct UID code, status indicates "connecting". After about five minutes, no connection is made, and a blank web page pops up under IP address (10.0.0.98). This has occurred multiple times using Chrome and Safari on my MAC. I reset the device and tried again on the iPhone without success. Any suggestions?

Green/yellow LED means the openSPOT2 is connected to the Wi-Fi network and the Null connector is active. You have to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network with your browser device otherwise sharkrf.link will not work, as sharkrf.link resolves your openSPOT2's UID to it's current local IP address.

I only have one wi-fi network, and have confirmed that both the OpenSpot2 and my computer are connected to that same wi-fi. Still will not connect to the web interface. A blank screen appears every time, and on multiple devices, to include my desktop MAC, my iPhone, and my iPad. Any additional suggested solutions?

Ok I have tried to connect this device on both a MAC, and a PC, both to no avail. The device, or its IP address in connecting to the web interface seems faulty. I would like to return the product for a full refund please.

As I wrote previously, green/yellow LED means the device is connected to the Wi-Fi network, it has a working internet connection, and all self tests are passed, so it is in a perfect working condition.
If sharkrf.link does not work for you, you should try looking at your router's web interface for the DHCP clients list to find out the openSPOT2's IP address, or you can use an IP address or MDNS scanner software on your phone or PC. In case you want to return the device, please send us your UID to
info@sharkrf.com
and refer to this forum thread.

Yes, I understand the device is connected to the wi-fi, however the web interface still will not connect. I reset my router, found the IP address for the device, inputed the IP address manually, and still it would not connect on either a MAC or PC device. I tried yet again from a different location (my office) and the same thing occurred. Very disappointed in this. I will be sending an email to initiate a return and refund.

Please check if Wi-Fi client isolation is turned off on the Wi-Fi network router. If it's turned on then Wi-Fi clients can't communicate with each other.
