Great video, thanks!

Thanks for a great video Bob, pity about having to go in manually to disconnect it because of the RF, do you think there is there another way around this, maybe Nonoo will come up with something.

Would sending a 4000 DTMF call from the radio disconnect it.

If you don't want the OS2 to be connected to a server then switch to a configuration profile which has the Null connector activated.
GM7LSI Johnny
Thanks for that, I have never used configuration profiles or Null connectors yet, I will go and have a read about them, there is always something new to learn about the OS2, its amazing.

I probably should have done that for the video, but I wanted to show "some" activity. Just not all of it.

If your in DMR mode it would work unless there's someone else talking. In that case you have to send the 4000 code through the web portal.
GM7LSI Johnny
Thanks Bob, I just notice your reply, can you explain about sending the 4000 code through the web portal.

Hi Bob, a video on how to add the Categories with the RT Systems software would be pretty cool as a follow up the this video, Thanks, Johnny.
GM7LSI Johnny
I should have said Bob, yes, the RT Systems software is excellent, I have used it for adding frequencies but not for this yet.

TG 4000 does not work in the fusion world. Thats a DMR command. Connecting to a busy reflector is just a cost of doing business. At least the reflectors are busy. Its a good indication that the hobby is active.
