If you get a list for entering openspot2.local then it means your browser is doing a web search for you instead of opening the location. Try entering

, not just openspot2.local, but we always recommend to use sharkrf.link (which is working as you've mentioned). Please make sure you use Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
The openSPOT2 does not store the call log, call info is sent to your browser and your browser stores it.
Firmware upgrading reboots the openSPOT2, however, it is unusual that you had to do a factory reset after the firmware upgrade.
Which connector do you experience bad sound? Are you having problems with the received calls? Do you also experience issues with the built-in local echo service and also with the network echo on FCS room 99?
