S O S. I can not connect to Wi Fi with my new Openspot2 to PC desktop, PC lap top or my I phone. I have watched all videos and help posts. No Luck. I even disconnected my Norton Anti virus and tried Chrome browser. I went to the Wi Fi set up on my I phone and booted Openspot2. No recognition of Openspot2 on Wi Fi set up. My home is set up on ATT U-verse. Second question, Is there a way to connect like a dongle to my Desk Top PC. I don't need mobile application. I could use Openspot2 around my home.
Thank you,

Gene, the 1st thing I would ask is if the OS2 is flashing white or not. You need to make sure its actually in AP mode and then you should see it in your wifi list so you can connect to it. If its not flashing white, you should try doing holding the reset button for 3 seconds which should put it into AP mode. Then your PC should be able to connect to it.

Can I use my I Phone or must I use my PC. I’ll try both and hold reset for three seconds. Flashing white.
It would simplify things if I could use my I phone

Yes, you can use your phone. As you wrote an email about the issue, let's continue the discussion there.

I was able to get OS2 on my I Phone, not my Lap Top PC. I got on OS2 beginning page and entered U S then my security code, then I received message on my I Phone: Unsecured Network. Open networks provide no security and expose all network traffic.
If this is your Wi Fi network, configure the router to use WPA2 personal (AES) security type.
I have no clue how to configure my router. Will I compromise my Net Work security with OS2 if my ATT Router is changed ???
