I‘ve the same problem with mine Roland. I can’t Imagine, that this is support. Is there any engeneering secret at this switch? It‘s not rocket since to replace this SMD size. There is no microscope needed what‘s availible. Shipping and handling cost are much more than give us the type and part number or in case you’ve produced own ones, place this switch in a padded envelop and send it over. To read this answer several times makes me disapointing. the product is nice but a bit expencive - to read this support will keep me off recommend such product. I‘ll seek for switch with my supplier. In case I found a sollution, I foreward to you.
