I have a defective Shark Open Spot 2. Norbert "Nonoo" Varga, HA2NON told me to contact them at info@sharkrf.com I have sent three emails on three different days this week, but I have had no response. Is there a different e-mail address I should be using? Are they swamped as a result of the DDOS Attack? I spent $256.21 for something that doesn't work at all.
Should I simply contact my credit card company and dispute the charge?
Does anybody know the terms and conditions of the warranty? Will they simply refund my money since I got a defective unit?
