So recently I'm having difficulty connecting to my OS2 through the internet and having drop outs and not sure if anyone has the ability to assist me?

Use sharkrf.link to open the web interface. Your browser device (phone/tablet/computer) needs to be connected to the exact same Wi-Fi network to open the web interface.

None of the links to open the OS browser are stable. They generally default to the RFShark homepage
The biggest problem with the OS2 is it's not stable. Doing the exact same thing results in wildly different results.

Do you mean that if your enter sharkrf.link, your browser opens sharkrf.com?
Please describe your issue in detail, what are you doing, and what is happening step by step.
Also make sure you are using a supported browser (up to date version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari).

I, too, am having some difficulty accessing the Sharkrf web interface since upgrading to v38 firmware. I have been using my iPad and iPhone, but now an attempt to log in to the web interface hangs after the initial Sharkrf.link “Connect” screen, and at the “loading” point on the web interface screen. Using Safari or Chrome on the iPad, it hangs. Using Safari on my Macbook Pro, it hangs. Firefox on the Macbook Pro and iPad works! Nothing seems to work on the iPhone. Since I use the OS2 mobile, I’d really like for it to be accessible via the iPhone. All OS’s are up to date. Right now, the iPad/Firefox combination is what I am using. Comments?

Make sure you are connected to the same Wi-Fi network with your iPhone as the openSPOT2.

I am on the same network. Macbook Pro and iPad, Firefox only works. IPhone, nothing works. All work fine with Safari and other browsers on my original OpenSpot (1). Each device has its own unique I.P. Address. Also, same results even if the original OpenSpot is powered down, and thus not on the network. This is new behavior that has manifested since the firmware upgrade to v38.

What error message do you get?
Do you use sharkrf.link to open the web interface?

Yes, I am using SharkRF.link, which brings up the the initial page for SharkRF.link showing my the OpenSpot2 and the correct UID displayed. Clicking on the “Connect” button causes a “spinning circle” display for a time, then begins to bring up the actual web interface for the OS2, with the message “loading”, which never goes away. It just hangs there. Due to inactivity because of health issues, my OS2 had not had a firmware update done recently. I believe it had v32 on it, which performed well. The update to v38 (apparently I had missed v35 due to my inactivity) yesterday is when the problem manifested. All my OS and iOS are up to date, all browsers are up to date. Firefox, only, works with the iPad and Macbook Pro. The iPhone does not work with any browser.

I am seeing the same issue. I tried all the recommendations described above, including clearing my browser cache.
On the opening page for Sharkrf.Link is shows the correct UID, but when pressing Connect hangs with the spinning circle for awhile. If I wait long enough the OpenSpot2 page begins loading, but hangs at "Loading..."
The OpenSpot is working, I just cannot connect via the web interface to change settings.

It appears to have started working again.

Yes, working here now too on both the IPad and iPhone using Safari. ???? Changes at the mothership?

We've changed database servers yesterday so the issue may be linked to that. We're investigating this, thanks for reporting and we're happy that it's working again.
