I’m a new OS2 owner. I had a little trouble connecting it to my router - it finally worked easily when I set up another SSID , but changed the password not to have an underscore character. Probably only a minor thing but the set allowed for WPA2 PSK .
I think the valid character set should be:
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
1234567890
$@^`,|%;.~()/\{}:?[]=-+_#!
I am not sure if this was the problem I reduced the key from 12 characters with an underscore in the middle to just 8 characters... it was not worth doing another test as I want to play with my nice new toy - but the code should be checked out.

All characters are supported required by the WPA2 standard (even UTF8). We've tested with underscore and it works for us. I don't know why it does not work for you, but we'll do further tests.

Can you please write us an SSID/key combination which you can confirm does not work for you?

I tested it further and it was the SSID it did not like. It was in the form
westhill_optout
I have removed the
output
suffix as Microsoft is no longer sharing SSID’s. It worked with west hill
The password was similar to kenWood2164
The problem was a SSID problem. I should point out also that I have a second SSID on the same channel “friends” for guests. Both SSID’s are on the same router - 2.4GHz Mixed 802.11G and 802.11N, Encryption is TKIP for WPA/AES for WPA2
As I said it is not a problem at the moment, the only reason for reporting it was in case you had other similar problems from other users. SSID and password encryptions can be quite hard to analyse as I have used pre-written modules when I have implanted designs.

We've tested it with the SSID/key combination you wrote and we could not reproduce the issue. Please make sure you use the latest firmware version v41.

It is updating , as I write.
Thanks
