Ever since July 2019, my Openspot2 has been constantly performing Wi-Fi module firmware upgrade on Power On as the red - orange LED sequence indicate, so it takes about 3 to 4 minutes to playback the "connected" message and turn the LED green, however, occasionally it connects right away.
I have performed several factory resets and installed the latest firmware upgrades but the status has not changed.
I have other Hotspots an they connect right away to the router like this one used to do when it was new.
The unit was purchased in March 2019 first reported the problem via email.
Does the unit needs to be re-flashed?
Any suggestions will be appreciated

Same results here. I find that os2 doesn’t like to be powered down that will cause the problem on occasion. Today I kept it connected to my power bank, left my home WiFi then turned on my iPhone hotspot and os2 would not connect, it did another WiFi firmware update still no luck with my iPhone just a blue pulsing led? I tried multiple times throughout the day to connect my iPhone and no luck. Got back home and it reconnected to my home WiFi go figure. I did notice that this afternoon before I got home there was a slow red pulsing led (Norbert wants me to get a video while doing it) but os2 went blank no leds just dark like it shut itself down. Shut down before I could video it. Definitely has a gremlin running around in there.
