I believe your implementation of the P25 talkgroups vs Individual Calls are backwards in the openSPOT2, please allow me to explain.
In P25 in most other platforms, you use the talkgroup selection to switch talkgroups; in the openSPOT2, it appears that your talkgroup switching method is using Individual Calls; which causes users of other platforms to have to enter the talkgroups in one area and then again under the individual call section of their radios.
Additionally, your profile and status requests such as OS status and IP address should be activated by the individual call menu and not by talkgroup.
If you compare this platform to say MMDVM (Pi-Star) or P25NX or any other P25 platform, you will see why this is a problem.
Is it possible to swap the method used here to make using the device on P25 standardized with other hotspots, repeaters, etc? If your need additional details, please let me know and I'd be happy to assist you with this as the OS is a great device and I would love to see it adopted by more in the P25 groups.

The reason for private call TG switching is that the OS2 forwards all group calls coming from the transceiver to the server. If the server is able to handle multiple talkgroups, then this is important. Yes, currently P25Reflector servers only handle 1 talkgroup, but this may change in the future.
