I noticed the openspot 2 sends "APOSW" as the APRS device identifier. I'm curious if you've gotten in touch with WB4APR to get it added to the list at
http://aprs.org/aprs11/tocalls.txt
Getting it added to the official device list will allow other downstream applications to use it, particularly APRS.fi will be able to automatically identify it once incorporated into the master list and then also
