I have done a factory reset on my OS2 (button hold for 30 sec). I can connect to WiFi. I get green/yellow light. When I go to SharkRF Link and enter the UID, it does NOT connect. It just sits there and times out. I have tried this on multiple WiFi hot spots and multiple devices. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
Frank

So it finally worked but I can't explain why it did since I didn't to anything different. Then about 30 min later I was not able to access RF Link again. Weird, it's an intermittent issue but I don't know why. The latest firmware has been applied.

Please make sure your browser device (phone/tablet/computer) is connected to the exact same Wi-Fi network as the OS2. Also make sure Wi-Fi client isolation is turned off in your Wi-Fi router's settings.

I’m having this problem, too. My browser is on the same wifi network as the OS2 and will not login.

DNS override seems to fix this for some people. Of course it depends on how your WiFi network's DNS is configured as to whether you have this problem.
