We're having a weird problem here. When we talk Os2 to Os2, our transmissions are perfect. When we transmit from the Os2 to any other device, there are no issues. When we transmit from a pi-star, or a zumspot, or the dv-mini to the Os2, we are picking up errors in the dejitter queue at anywhere from 2-20%. There is also loss in audio quality.
When we listen from other devices, like the pi-star, we are not experiencing any errors or loss. IS there any way to test this out and figure what might be going on?
TIA

Errors in the dejitter queue graph means there are missing or invalid sequence numbers (packets) received. You can also see what's happening in the device log on the Status page.

I understand. But for some reason, with all other issues being the same, such as network,
connections, computer, etc, this is only happening on the Os2.
In other words, with 2 Os2a talking to each other, there are no errors. With 2 pi-stars, same. But when the pi-star and the Os2 talk to each other, there are errors, but only when the pi-star xmits to the Os2. The Os2 xmits fine to the pi-star. We also tried this with a dv-mini, and the blue-dv usb stick, with pretty much the same results.
I'm not certain what could cause that kind of issue.

Greetings,
We are seeing similar issues on both OS2 and OS3 when communicating in DStar mode. OS is not handing DStar data in an appropriate way compared to how the PiStar systems are. People on PiStars can hear the QSO fine while other users on OpenSpot's are getting dropped transmissions and continuous beeping from the Openspots.
Dejitter was increased in excess of 2000ms and no improvements were seen. What other suggestions and what more hard data could we provide to further investigate this matter.
