Please don't use openspot2.local to open the web interface. The recommended way is to use sharkrf.link
That or the IP address just times out and the page fails to open from my iMac. Works perfectly fine from my iPhone. This is the main issue that I have and why I created the original post above.
I type in sharkrf.link. I hit the Connect button and it eventually displays the next screenshot or just sits here.
Factory reset is done if you hold the button for at least 30 seconds, and the LED indicates that the reset has been done.

That's how I did the factory reset, as per the instructions on the user manual page.
The IP address is assigned by your router. If you want to directly connect to the web interface using the assigned IP address, then look at your router's DHCP clients page to find out the IP address.
That I know. I thought that the ip address had something with the web interface not opening so I wanted to try to get the OS2 a new ip address.
Make sure you've placed the OS2 close to the Wi-Fi router.
It's like 3-4 feet away.
