I have the same problem and error message that AK7DB gets:
"Device information not found in database. Make sure your sharkrf device is connected to the Internet."
I am connected to the Internet and to my openspot2. I have been able to view, change, and save settings and configurations. I cannot, however, enter the device UID and connect on the sharkrf.link site. Naturally, I continue to get the error message given above.
I manually upgraded the firmware to version 87 and verified this in settings. Still, I cannot enter the device UID and connect. I did a factory reset and the results are the same. There is a endless loop message of "connector connecting" flashing on the bottom of my openspot2 webpage. Is it a password problem? passw0rd is the password. It can't be a port problem, I don't think, because I'm connected to the sharkrf.link webpage.
