Paul C When I attempt to go to 192.168.99.1 on my iphones browser, the openspot3's browser appears, but just continues to show as loading. Is there a setting I am missing? I have successfully connected to the hotspot on a windows PC, just can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong with the iphone. Anyone have a step by step on how to do this. I have searched all over and nothing seems to work. Thanks in advance for any help.
HA2NON Make sure the openSPOT3 is in AP mode, indicated by white status LED, otherwise the IP address 192.168.99.1 won't work. Also make sure the iPhone is connected to the "openSPOT3 AP" Wi-Fi network, otherwise the browser won't be able to open 192.168.99.1
RWATTS Having the same issue for day. Hotspot is in AP mode, connected to the hot spots wifi, Safari just sits there loading. I've been on this for a few days and same results. I do not do this at home because I do not want the home network to interfere.
HA2NON Do you mean that the openSPOT3 is in AP mode, and the web interface won't open automatically? If yes, enter http://192.168.99.1/ into Safari. Note that this address is only active while the openSPOT3 is in AP mode, indicated by white status LED.
