PILDUP From my learning and use of DMR as a ham, only a handful of manufacturers have marketed their DMR handsets for ham use. Anytone being the biggest, and a few other China manufacturers as well. They make dual use of primarily commercial handsets and include hams secondarily.
Since DMR is seen by Motorola, Hytera, Harris and others as a commercial market, the radios typically don't have the dual band, front panel programming that hams want.
The short answer is: I've never found a radio that meets your request, and not because I haven't tried. It would be great if, say, Motorola had a dual band, ham specific handset but that's just not going to happen in my opinion.
