I have a new OS4 Pro. When on battery power it stays connected to its reflector and is accessible via the web interface, but the battery runs down fairly quickly (6-8 hours). When I plug it into a USB power source, it will randomly disconnect requiring a power cycle to bring it back online. Sometimes it will stay up for a few hours and sometimes only a few minutes. I have tried to start logging from the serial console to see what is happening, but it does not show up as a COM port in the device manager under Windows 11. Is there a device driver I should load to get it recognized?
I have tried different types of USB power sources: standard iPhone, standard iPad, Apple 20W USB-C, 3rd party 3.1 A charger, USB port power from my laptop. These will all work for a random amount of time and then the OS4 will disconnect.
Do I have a bad Openspot 4 Pro or is this a known issue?
Thanks!
