Brandmeister talkgroup id showing in Status To field, not talkgroup name

My OpenSpot3 is successfully connecting to Brandmeister and through my Anytone 878 I'm able to connect to a number of Brandmeister talkgroups and then disconnect from them when I'm done. But on the Status screen, only the talkgroup ID is showing in the To: field, not the talkgroup name. After downloading the v63 beta firmware I was able to validate the Brandmeister API but that didn't have any effect on what I'm seeing in the Status screen. I would really like to see the info by talkgroup name instead of talkgroup id.

Make sure the DMR ID database is up to date on the OS3.

Thanks for the quick reply but it is already up to date. I installed the OS3 software on a different browser, validated the Brandmeister API on that browser and still get the same results. Just the talkgroup id on the Status screen, not the talkgroup name.

Please tell us which talkgroup ID do you see and what name do you expect to see.

I even installed the software on an iPhone and get the same results.

Just a for instance, talkgroup ID 91. 91 is what appears in the To: field in the Status screen. I expect to see "World-wide" in that field. I have seen it in the past but something has changed (at least for me) and I can no longer see any talkgroup name in the To: field, only the talkgroup id. The ID shown corresponds to the talkgroup selected on my 878.

Please post a screenshot of the device info (openSPOT3 info) section on the Status page and also a screenshot of the DMR settings on the Settings page. Make sure Advanced mode is enabled at the bottom right of the web interface before you take the screenshots.

The BrandMeister TG ID database was not available when the last weekly update happened on last Monday. Please check again after the next callsign ID database update is downloaded to your OS3.
