I don't think you are understanding.
The profile stores the protocol, modem and connector settings you select. On the Connector tab, 'DMRplus dongle' is deprecated as it supports old hardware that is no longer used. Select Homebrew/MMDVM in the edit connector entry and enable advanced mode.
In the DMR/Homebrew/MMDVM section select MMDVM and scroll down through the various server groups until you get to DMRplus at which point you will find the list of IPSC servers.
Once you have done this you then save to a separate profile which you can then enable using the normal commands from a DMR radio for profile switching. They are listed in the manual here:

You can then change talkgroups from the radio as all IPSC servers should provide them which means you don't need to change servers in most cases.
