Further information. I ran Autocal and it came back with an offset of 100. I plugged that in and the Anytone still would not let me transmit. The banner at the bottom says "modem receiving" but nothing in the status. When I switch to the Alinco, I can link, unlink, etc.
With the ALinco having linked me to 3100, I can hear 3100 all day long on the Anytone, but if I try to talk back .... nope. Nothing on the status and no response. I tried the Autocal (boy, are those directions confusing) and it gave me that 100 offset, but that did not affect the Alinco. I have double and triple checked the modem frequency. This is just weird. I have used the Anytone for more than a year on this Openspot3 and had no issues. Now...all of a sudden... nothing.
