I get the same error. I didn't set up my OpenSPOT 3 until now, however. I tried using my phone and computer, both connected to same wifi as the device. The device is blinking green/orange but after I entered the IUD into the SharkRF link and also the app, I get "Device information not found in the database." Yet, the device shows up on the page. When I try to open it is when I get the error. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.
