Callsign Database Not updating

Hi,
I have my OpenSpot 2 that had been working fine. I had some trouble updating the firmware so I had to do it manually. Now the Callsign database is refusing to update and there is no version number. My firmware version is V87.
I have followed the advice to leave it connected overnight and for prolonged periods of time but it is still falling. Any advice please as I no longer can see the callers details.

I have been having the same trouble myself. It has been a recurring issue with my openspot2. I have been using the same router for some while, it works for a while (updates etc. then for no reason it will fail, like it is doing now) I use a RUT 240 4g router which works fine with everything else I use, even my trusty openspot1 connected by ethernet that downloads a database every time I connect to it !!. As you have noticed, once it attempts to download the database, it wipes out the existing database so you have no database !! Shame really as it is a good piece of kit let down by this issue ( IMHO !! )
