You will no doubt realise that there is an output network between the ADF7021 RF chip and the chip antenna, so I would suggest looking at the data sheet for the chip so you can determine what is the output network and what is impedance matching into the ceramic chip antenna. I'd say that L3 and C19 definitely are impedance matching, and possibly L4.
Finding out the chip antenna part number would be useful, given that it's out of production maybe SharkRF could help by telling us what it is?
Note that these antennas can be quite weird to match to, the line into it may be 50 ohms, but maybe not. As an example the Johanson AT62 shows a matching network right next to the antenna input pad, but in this case the transmission line will shift the impedance round the Smith chart and then the matching network is performing an impedance match from/to a totally different part of the chart.
