Hardware Failure

I have two Openspot 4's that have been on my desk for the past month. Today I tried to turn them on after charging them and they will not turn on. When I press the power button, I get the white light then they will turn off. I have tried holding the power button down for 9 seconds to do a rest and I am still unsuccessful at turning them on.

Can you please help and advise what I can do to turn them on or what am I doing wrong.

Mines played up like that a few times but in the end its always fired up,

I have tried it over and over and still will not power up. I even did a full reset with no luck. What's weird is both of them are doing it.

HA2NON... I used the recovery software and the PRO is working fine but the Standard one is still not powering on. I cant even get the led's to turn on. What do we do from here?
