Re: Model SRF-OSE-Pro HW VER 1.0

My Pro 4 does not turn on. No lights turn on when I depress each button or a combination of buttons for more than 3 seconds. Battery reads 4.1 volts and across both switches 3.3 V. I recall doing a manual update a couple of days ago (approximately November 2nd) and do not recall if it worked after update. Could you send me a file so that I could reset?

Was able to correct by downloading https://public.sharkrf.com/ose-recovery/openspot4-v1-recovery-v2-windows-x86_64.msi for Windows 10. I found this file in the manual under troubleshooting.
