Web page Unresponsive

Hi over the past 3 months the web interface to control the open spot 4Pro is becoming unresponsive
not only on my computer but also on my phone when im not home it is making it harder to connect to anything while im out and about on the road can you please look into this issue.

What status LED color do you see on the unit while this happens?
Make sure your browser device (phone/tablet/computer) is connected to the exact same Wi-Fi network as the openSPOT4.

HA2NON when i am using my phone out on the road the phone hot spot is the same as the open spot's wifi connection and it is so slow and un responsive it can take up to 3 min to change any thing on the web interface the open spot's status light is green at all times the same applies to the home computer every thing is allways on the same connection at home.

Make sure the Wi-Fi bandwith is set to max. 20Mhz in the Wi-Fi router (see explanation here: https://superuser.com/questions/542191/does-moving-my-router-from-20mhz-to-40-mhz-increase-my-wireless-speed)
Also try switching Wi-Fi channel on your Wi-Fi router. Only channels 1, 6 or 11 should be used (see explanation here: https://www.metageek.com/training/resources/why-channels-1-6-11.html)
