Dstar Interruption

Hi all,
Referring with this old post:

After 6 years and 4 generation of openspots the problem is still present on openspot 4.
In particular we note it on various reflector like DCS039Q, DCS439Q. The type of problem is exactly equal with what has been described in that old post, nothing more.

Take a look at the device log on the Status page to see what's exactly happening. Also check the Dejitter queue graph on the Status page. If it indicates invalid seqnum errors then the server did not send all packets and you hear them as interruptions. Make sure Advanced mode is enabled at the bottom right of the web interface to see the device log and the graph.

I have been unable to use my Icom ID-50A on D-Star with my OpenSpot 4 Pro. Everytime I begin a transmission, the modem crashes. Please advise any help. Thank you.

csrusso Some log output would help, does the device log show anything when this happens?

For the record: I have an Icom ID-50A, and I've successfully used it with my OpenSpot 4 Pro on D-Star. I realize that might not sound immediately helpful, but at least you know that what you're experiencing is not something inherent in the interaction between the ID-50 and the OpenSpot 4 Pro.

Please explain what do you mean by "the modem crashes".
