Portable Radio Recommendation

I am going to be getting an openSPOT4 Pro.

It looks like C4FM radios offer the greatest number of cross-modes.

Which C4FM portable would people here recommend?

FT70 is a good sturdy radio i have 2 of them, or if you want to empty your pockets FT5

Actually, it's the OS that handles all of the cross modes not the radio.
Take a look at the Btech DMR-6X2 on Amazon - $210 with two batteries and programming cable.
Super easy in DMR2YSF to make a manual private call to change YSF Reflector, or program your favorites into your contact list.

Or take out a bank loan for a Yahoo (I have the FTM-400 and it's nice but use the Btech more).
