I’ve been in touch with support via email and reviewed advice on the community here but the call sign database just fails and restarts at 73% :-(
I was advised to leave my OPS3 on overnight placing close to Wi-Fi router, try another ISP, change Wi-Fi channel, check increase Wi-Fi bandwidth… all of which make no difference the file downloads to 73% and then restarts…
Have reset the device numerous times also…
