Call not Routed

Hi everyone, just recently use the Open Spot 1 and join the forum. I try to use my FT-70 to connect DMR and this is what I set to my open spot, however when I check to Branmeister is show to last heard that "call not routed" and I cannot hear anything hope the knowing that TG91 is quite busy.

Below are my settings:
Active connector: Homebrew/MMDVM
Route C4FM calls to ID: 91
Reroute DMR TG9 calls to ID (0 to disable): 0

Appreciate if you can help me maybe I did not set it correctly.

Your settings look correct. Make sure the modem mode is set to C4FM or C4FM Half Deviation. Please post a screenshot of the last heard.

HA2NON Thanks for your response. I try both C4FM and C$FM Half Deviation. Using modem setting of C4FM below is the last heard screenshot which shows red dot (call not routed).

However, if I use modem setting to C4FM Half Deviation my callsign did not appear on Brandmeister last heard.

Your source DMR ID is 9998, which is invalid. Make sure you've set your callsign in your transceiver without any leading or trailing whitespaces or special characters, prefixes or suffixes.

Hi, tranciever was set with my callsign with no special charcter or space. It was written as it should be. Jist wondering, do I need to set either my callsign or dmr id to my open spot settings?. I've seen also same somewhere writtem the same "9998" to my open spot settings.

I try to change that "9998" as appeared on my open spot setting and change it with my correct dmr ID and its now working. The red dots disappear and I can hear now TG's.
