Hi
It's not a problem, just the lack of some functionality that I have on other hotspots (wpsd)
It would be nice if this was also implemented in openspot4.
wpsd is logged in all the time to the headlights statically entered in the DG-ID file. There is no need to change the active reflector configuration every time.
In wpsd it looks like this: there is a dg-id file that directs to the file with the ip addresses of the reflectors:
[DGId=4]
Type=YSF
Static=1
Name=PL-C4FM-Poland
Local=42030
RFHangTime=60
NetHangTime=60
Debug=0
https://w0chp.radio/ysf-reflectors/
26001 PL-C4FM-Poland (YCS260) 91.245.87.196 42000
from the radio side, I have access to several reflectors that are statically set or I open them dynamically via PTT. I don't have to switch profiles and log in. I'm monitoring several reflectors at the same time.
At the same time, I can transmit to a given reflector after selecting the appropriate DG-ID on the radio.
Thanks to this, without constantly changing profiles, I have access to DMR, DMR+, WIRES-X, HBLINK, etc. from yaesu.
From what I can see, openspot only listens to one set in the reflector configuration. To listen to a different one, change the configuration to another reflector.
wpsd can listen to multiple reflectors (rx dg-id:0) - where set in static or dynamic configuration (temporarily)
Similarly with DMRGateway.
