After going through much investigation, I have not been able to get my openspot 3 to work. I contacted T Mobile and we went through resetting the modem, doing a factory reset of the modem and it did not allow the op3 to re connect to the internet. Earlier today, another tec had me unplug the T Moble 5g intent box, and when I reconnected it, both my op 3 and op2 worked. Then a couple of hours later both the op 2 and 3 stopped connecting to the 5g box. That is when I contacted them again, we did some resetting of things, then the factory reset of the t mobile box, and to no avail. Now the 3 does not work. Interestingly my op4 does connect. Why won't the 2 and 3 now not work when they worked a couple of months ago.
