Open Spot 4

I just bought a new Open Spot 4 and trying to connect it to my home wifi with no results. I can find my wifi Hot Spot but when trying to make a connection from the OpenSopt4 AP it gives me a "connection time out" message. I know I have the correct password and all the other settings are correct but it will not make a connection. I have rebooted the Modem, I have read all the forms and watched all the videos so I have no idea what is wrong. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
