Crossmode D-Star to DMR connection issue

Using an Openspot 4 pro I attempted to connect to a DMR talk group using a D-Star radio. I used quick Setup and selected D-Star and then the Brandmeister option. I filled out the screen with my DMR ID and Brandmeister password. When I hit connect it comes back with a connection error with a message that my password does not match. I double checked the password by logging off and back on to the Brandmeister site and the password worked there. Any thoughts on what the issue might be?

I believe that BM allows the creation and use of a separate hotspot password, you should check your BM settings in their selfcare pages.
