I purchased an OS 4 Pro in May/24 and set it up like the other two OS 3s I have; connected to a node with DMR via C4FM. The OS 4 listens as the OS 3s do but after someone transmits on the remote node the OS 4 transmits/rec, transmits/rec, again and again until I shut it down.
This has happened before, and I sit it aside and went back to my OS 3 that works perfectly. The first time it happened, from the start out of the box, I notified SHARKRF about the problem and we went through a lot of gyrations to fix the problem but nothing changed. It did seem to work correctly for a while, but I fired it up today after some months of non-use, and it started the same thing as before, rec/transmts and ETC.
Has anyone had the same problem? As I said earlier, both of my OS 3s work perfectly and the OS4 is set up the same as the 3s.
I use one OS3 in my mobile command post, one in my shack linked to a repeater and the OS 4 was going to replace the OS3 connected to the repeater and that OS 3 was going to be used in a portable configuration with a RFinder 1+.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
