Problem connecting to DSTAR REF030/C

Using my Yaesu FT3D and OpenSpot3 I'm not able to hear or speak on DSTAR REF030/C thru the radio. When I connect, I don't even get the audio message that says "OpenSpot connected to DSTAR REF030/C", however, I do get the green screen notice that says I've changed the active connector to REF/XRF (DPlus/DExtra) and Connector connected to server 45.79.43.161 (REF030/C).

I have confirmed my D-STAR registration.

The radio and OpenSpot3 are connecting properly onto the YSF Reflector 32592 and I can hear and talk with no issues.

What setting am I missing in order to use the DSTAR reflector?

Do you see incoming calls in the call log on the Status page?

I recall having this issue before and with fresh eyes this morning, found your response from Nov. 2022 which said:

"If you use a C4FM transceiver (FT3D) then you need to set the openSPOT3's modem mode to C4FM. Your screenshot shows the modem mode is in D-STAR. Your transceiver can only receive C4FM transmissions."

So of course, as you already know, when I followed these instructions, everything works fine on both send and received.
