HA2NON You can see the list of supported networks and protocols list on the product page: https://www.sharkrf.com/products/openspot4/ As you can see, NXDN is supported by the openSPOT4. You'll need an NXDN ID, but you don't need an NXDN radio as cross mode operation (or the SharkRF Link App) is supported: https://manuals.sharkrf.com/openspot4/en/cross-modes.html
