Ever since the last 2 or 3 firmware updates, my OP4 works fine then locks up where the LED is continuously flashing green or orange. I hold the power button for several seconds to reset the OP. It connects to the Asus Wi-fi fine but after some time it locks up again and I have to reset it again. At this point, the OP3 works fine and is stable compared to the OP4. Anyone experienced this and have a solution?

Make sure the device firmware is updated to the latest version (v72).

It's on v72.

Most times I get the usual log, ping, etc. When it freezes I get: Backtrace:0x4209F627:0x3FC97E100x40376CFE:0x3FC97E30 0x42107023:0x3FCF41D0 0x42003A2F:0x3FCF41F0 0x4037FAA0:0x3FCF4210

Please perform a factory reset on the unit.

Did a factory reset several times but still randomly locking up.

Please send us your exported configuration profile file to info@sharkrf.com and refer to this forum thread. How long do you have to wait until it reboots? Can you reproduce the issue by doing something, or you just have to wait?

I wait about 30 seconds for it to reboot. When it locks up I hold the power button for 7+ seconds then it resets and reboots. I have to wait because it locks up randomly and I can't reproduce the issue by doing something.
