Openspot 4 Pro with ID52

Hi Openspot 4 Pro...Trying to connect to REF030C now all Im getting is message "openspot trying to connect to REF030C" while blue/orange alternating lights on unit. Anyone help and clues to how to fix?
It does not connect to REF030C...just keeps messaging"trying to connect to REF030C"

It was working fine up to today. But everytime I try to change reflector on my Icom ID52A on the radio it will not connect?
I do have a Openspot 2 and it connects first go???
DO I have faulty Openspot 4 Pro....only had for 3 weeks

OK I tried to connect to a reflector on the id52a radio AND it will NOT connect. WHen I select a reflector then transmit it says: " Unable to find server"?

However when I go to Openspot4 dashboard on my PC and select a reflector and "save" it will connect no problem.

WHy am I getting this problem on selecting a REF on the radio?

Very strange.
Any help appreciated.

Make sure you've entered your callsign at the REF/XRF connector settings correctly, without any whitespaces before or after your callsign. Do not enter any prefixes oe suffixes. Use the Check D-STAR registration button.
