Null connector after Unlink Reflector

Hello,

When I'm connected to a reflector and I want to change to another reflector, I always select the command Unlink Reflector as advised by D-STAR.

After this command I get the voicemessage Special Connector Active and I can no longer link to another reflector.

In the webinterface under the tab Connectors, the active connector is automatically set to Null.

I can no longer make connections with reflectors when using my radio, when I want to link to a reflector I have to set the active modem manually to D-Star.

This problem came from nowhere, before it worked prefect.

Since this afternoon it is not possible anymore to link to another reflector, it says "Requested super not found"

Just tried, and neither of the documented ways to change reflector from the radio (URCALL "REF001 A", or DTMF "*1A"), nor does URCALL "REF001AL" or "BM3100" work.

Looks like there's others on Facebook having this problem.

Changing from the connector works.

Indeed, changes can be made in the webinterface/dashboard but no longer when keying up from the radio.

Once "unlinked" via the radio there's no more possibility to "link" to a reflector via the radio.

Yes, I have had my Openspot 4 Pro only 4 weeks and was working fine until yesterday. i have ID52A and I di the unlink then change to new REF but it keeps saying message"Requested server not found"....So I cannot change reflectors on the radio. It does change if I gi to my openspot dashboard and type in manually.

Pascal,do you also have a ID52 radio?

Yes I do but it's the European version (ID-52E).

I'm pretty sure the problem is with SharkRF because the problem just happened out of nowhere without changing anything.

Our server database had a networking issue, which is now fixed. It should work now, or in 1 day.
