Love the new feature of the DMR ID database update (Settings advanced mode). I see the detailed information of any DMR ID on the status screen.
I do notice that when a call comes through the full information displays (first & last name) then is immediately overwritten by a truncated version (first name) of the ID.
How does this work?
W2SJW
Talker alias coming through via the network itself & overriding the DB data (that's only stored in your browser's cache).
I'm assuming you're on BrandMeister when seeing this?

NO, not on BM Dashboard. Seeing the over right on the OS Status screen Log.

You are connected to BrandMeister on the openSPOT, correct? That's the only network this should be doing this on.

Yes, received talker alias info gets displayed instead of previous data.

When I check the Auto update DMR ID database, next time login it is unchecked?

This setting is stored in your browser's local storage. Make sure you have no extension blocking local storage use.
Also the browser stores this setting per IP address, so if your openSPOT's IP changes, the browser will forget the setting.

AND that the browser doesn't delete all history on exit.
